Remise en Forme Treatment programme at Hotel Caruso Ravello on Italy's Amalfi coast.  Get back into trim and regain a perfect balance between body and soul with a series of invaluable treatments and tempting dinners. Every morning will start with an energising warm up session in the fitness room.

Day 1: we advise you to arrive early, in order to take immediate advantage of the Feet massage (specific massage to your feet, made by using essential oils with either  relaxing or vitalising effects); in the evening, dinner with a view over the bay in the “Caruso” or “Belvedere”  Restaurant.

Day 2: a “antioxidante océanique” total body treatment based on active marine principles to remodel silhouette and the outlines of your body, is followed by a ”lift comfort” facial, a moisturizing treatment for renewed vitality and energy. Lunch is optional,  and in the afternoon enjoy an Indian Head massage: this traditional Ayurvedic technique involves a good rubbing of the head, scalp, neck and shoulders. It relieves tension and headache, as well as promoting a sense of well-being. Guests may spend the evening as they wish.

Day 3: a full body traditional aromatherapy massage by AROMATHERAPY ASSOCIATES: based on beneficial essential oils, it is a blend of the finest western and oriental massage techniques. Lunch, which is optional, is followed by a pedicure and then a feet treatment, with exfoliating effects and use of a mask.Dinner will be held at the the “Caruso” or “Belvedere”  Restaurant.

Day 4: a marvellous Abyangam massage. From the Ayurvedic tradition, this massage helps to balance the three doshas, or life-forces (air, fire and water) within the body in order to maintain health and inner harmony.

Lunch, optional, is followed by a scalp massage, then manicure and finally a hand treatment, with exfoliating effects and use of a mask. The evening is free. Guests depart (in sparkling form) on the following morning, after breakfast.

Hotel Caruso Ravello
Ravello is situated on the stunning Amalfi coast and is widely regarded as one of Europe's most beautiful and enchanting coastlines.

Location
Located on the highest point of Ravello, the hotel is perched on a cliff top 1000ft (300mt) above the sea level overlooking the spectacular Mediterranean of the Amalfi Coast.

48 rooms, comprising 6 Suites, 18 Junior Suites and 24 Double Rooms. More than 90% of the rooms and suites have sea view and terrace, while many also have a private garden.
