Description
Dinghy Sailing Holiday in Halkidiki, Greece with Neilson. The smart whitewashed buildings of the Anastasia are set behind lush, seafront gardens, which are scattered with olive trees and beanbags, providing comfort and shady areas under which to relax.The fantastic beachfront position means that most rooms and all of the public areas are sea facing. The gardens are all on one level and stretch right down to the edge of the beach and the watersports equipment. Here a small ribbon of sand and pebbles give way to the beautiful clear blue water for which Halkidiki is renowned.
The Anastasia is situated in a region known as 'Greece's secret paradise' on the western coast of the Kassandra peninsula of Halkidiki.

Activities
The flat water conditions in the morning offer the perfect opportunity to try waterskiing and wakeboarding. Alternatively if you’d rather stay on dry land, our bike guides can introduce you to some of the local trails before the temperatures start to rise. The local winds provide the ideal environment for beginner and intermediaye windsurfers and dinghy sailors to get on the water, leaving the experts to limber up in our fitball or stretch classes. Off the water there is still plenty to do. There is no excuse not to improve your tennis whilst on holiday with our tennis coaches offering group and private lessons. The mountain bikes are available for exploring all day whether you’re after challenging hills or relaxing meanders into the village. Alternatively, as the day cools down, our guides will take you on evening rides to experience the local countryside.

About Neilson
We've been around for around 25 years. We started as two separate companies, one providing top-end ski holidays and the other taking people sailing in Greece. For around two decades we became better and better at putting together holidays, one company doing fun things in the snow, the other having adventures in the Med. Then, in 1999, Thomas Cook, who owned both companies, decided that it would make sense for us to join together. That was when the famous orange logo appeared, and Neilson as we know it came into existence.
