Day 1 Arrive Tokyo
Arrive in Tokyo at any time.

Day 2-3 Tokyo
Tokyo, the capital of Japan, is one of the most modern cities in the world. However, if you scratch the glossy surface, Tokyo is still steeped in old traditions.

Day 4 Nikko
Boasting some of Japan's most beautiful countryside, Nikko is most famous for its dazzling Toshogu shrine.

Day 5-6 Hakone and Mt Fuji
View the imposing Mt Fuji, cruise across Lake Ashino-ko, or enjoy picturesque sights of the region by taking a cable car ride over the surrounding mountains. Don't miss the chance to soak in an outdoor ‘onsen’, while food-lovers might want to try a sulfur-boiled egg.

Day 7-8 Kyoto
Spend time in the traditional heart of Japan, Kyoto. Experience some of the many great walks through temples and teahouses, shrines and shops, and maybe even spot a real life geisha!

Day 9-10 Hiroshima
The world knew about Hiroshima on August 6, 1945 as the site of the world’s first atomic bomb. However, since then Hiroshima has rebuilt itself into a truly cosmopolitan city, with many great museums, parks, and possibly Japan’s worst baseball team! A visit to the beautiful Miyajima island offers one of Japan's most beautiful views.

Day 11 Tokyo
Take part in some last minute shopping for high-tech gadgets upon your return to this exciting city.

Day 12 Depart Tokyo
