Nepal Everest Panorama Himalayan Trekking, Rafting and Wildlife Viewing Holiday with Sherpa Expeditions.  If this is your first time to Nepal, or if you feel you would like to do more than 'just trekking', then this is the tour for you!

Visit the Sherpa Expeditions Website for more information

This is a compact fully supported trek that strides along the viewpoints towards the Himalayan giants in the Everest regions.  Take this tour if you prefer to do a bit of walking up in the Everest region. The trekking section will take you through the legendary Khumbu Valley home of those hardy mountain people - the Sherpas. You will be walking in one of the highest regions in the world, visiting famous mountain villages such as Lukla, Namche Bazaar and Thyangboche with terrific views.

You then return to Kathmandu before heading off to the rafting section of the tour. The Trisuli River is an excellent opportunity to see a different area of Nepal while experiencing the exhilaration of white water rafting. On the international canoeing rating system of 1-6 in difficulty, the Trisuli is graded 3 and, while it can give you a fantastic bumpy ride through some great rapids, it is neither a difficult nor a dangerous journey.

Next you enter the wild and mysterious jungles of The Chitwan National Park in the Terai (Nepalese Lowlands) where you can enjoy the comforts of a luxury safari lodge. There are elephant safaris at dawn to search for One-Horned Rhinoceros and perhaps the elusive Bengal Tiger, as well as a host of other activities in the comfort of this quiet bush retreat.

Heading back to Kathmandu, you alight at The Everest Panorama Resort, which is located above the small village of Daman. This resort has long been considered the premier lookout point in Nepal with over 400 kilometres of the Nepalese Himalaya, from Kanchenjunga in the East to Dhaulagiri in the west being visible on clear days.
